We have been glad to participate in the TIP Project of the University of Perugia and Tunghai University of Taiwan by tutoring YANG, YING-CHI (Italian name “Cynthia”) in her internship experience and daily having the possibility of a cultural exchange with her. Hi-Tech Solutions S.r.l. has always had an outlook towards the future and the younger generations, and we are always favorable towards projects whose final goal is to encourage cultural exchange and promote, as much as possible, the local culture throughout the world.
Since the beginning of the internship, Cynthia has proved to be serious, punctual, kind and attentive to the organization’s needs, as well as genuinely interested in the activities of Hi-Tech Solutions S.r.l. She always carried out the assigned tasks and established a good and friendly communication with the tutor and the other colleagues. After the product training, Cynthia has worked on Chinese and Taiwanese markets, by finding and classifying all the potential customers in these huge and complicated markets. In addition, she worked on the company presentation during the special event who took place in occasion of our 20th anniversary: she took care of graphics and contents, in order to adapt the company presentation to new challenges.
We think that the TIP program is a very positive experience; for the students it represents a possibility to improve their Italian language skills and to experience Italian lifestyle habits and cultural richness. At the same time, for the institutions and the companies it represents an opportunity to enhance their offer proportionally to the needs and expectations of different cultures, an opportunity to establish potential relationships with the Far East area.
