義世界歷險記 - 義個抉擇,成就大利益

當時會得知這個TIP 活動是我們指導教授分享給我們的。 當時本來想說自己不可能、沒能力, 因此非常卻步,然而內心有蠢蠢欲動聲音鼓吹我去嘗試看看 。後來和家人討論海外實習的看法,意外的我家人都非常支持我去參加,而且還不斷的要求我一定要嘗試看看。 他們也有提到,能有這個機會為自己加分為何不先嘗試看看在評斷自己是否有能力去應付他呢?最後在家人的鼓勵以及對自己的期勉之下 ,我與義大利的羈絆便從此開始。

在一連串的準備之後,終於我們於 9 月初開始了我們義大利半年的實習旅程。到了義大利,一切都像是個新環境。首先,最衝擊的當然就是物價。我們的舊宿舍旁有一個超市。裡面的東西不是說很齊全,但基本上該有的還是都有。然而,一瓶紅酒 3 歐相當台幣 100 塊而已,在台灣來講是不可能的事,這讓我非常印象深刻。 然而當到了外面餐廳吃飯,那個菜單的價格千萬不能換成台幣,一換算可能每個都點不下去。第二,讓我印象深刻的就是義大利人的生活步調。 在義大利真的沒有所謂的趕時間,凡事都有自己的節奏。像是我們那時候去領居留證時,櫃台的服務人員一邊幫我們辦理業務 一邊與同事 快樂的聊天 。從外人來看,實在有失專業,但是仔細想想這就是他們的步調與文化。義大利人的浪漫可能就是在這種文化上誕生的。 第三,義大利人對於食物的驕傲。 在義大利,他們的日常食物不外乎就是義大利麵或是披薩。在一次與一位義大利朋友出去吃飯後,我深刻的體會到他們對食物的堅持。義大利麵配大量的起司粉,而用完餐後,用麵包把剩餘的醬料包覆起來吃乾淨。且我看周圍的人均是如此,這個 飲食文化真的很令人驚艷且印象深刻 。

在工作方面,當初在台灣得知我將會去一個航太公司實習時,我相當害怕。害怕自己沒辦法完成老闆所吩咐的工作,害怕在公司完全幫不上忙,害怕自己學不到東西等。然而當在那以實習一段時間後,我發現這些問題真的都是對於自己太沒自信而衍伸出的問題,此外老闆也會吩咐在我能理範圍內的工作。而在這是實習我徹底的體悟到所謂的「機會是自己創造的」。因為剛進公司的第一個禮拜,由於老闆與輔導員都非常的忙碌,沒什麼時間注意到我。然而我覺得這樣不行,不能白白的浪費這次實習機會。因此當到了第二個禮拜,我非常厚臉皮的 問了我指導員「我能不能跟在你 後面在工廠裡做事 」很幸運我得到了肯定的答案。現在回想起來,我很慶幸也很高興當初有問這個問題。現在能夠清楚了解公司裡一些產品的結構與功能以及與我的指導員當好朋友都是因為自己的一句話所創造的 機會。在此,我了解到人真的不用怕丟臉。 害怕是一位閉門造車的工匠,永遠不知道機會就在外面等著他。

這次到義大利實習不但結交到許多新朋友,也為我的人生樂章譜出不一樣的旋律。而到國外每個人自動變成了小小外交官。不斷的去介紹台灣的美食以及文化。希望能夠讓更多人瞭解台灣這個寶島。此外,很高興在我即將步入職場前能夠有這次到國外實習的機會。讓我進去職場前,能先以實習的模式去認識職場,了解自己未來可能會發生或面對的事。很榮幸參加此計畫,也很期待能繼續延續下去。

 

One choice, make things comes different

The first time I know the news of TIP is from our professor . At that time, I thought that it was impossible for me to join this project. However, I had a voice in my heart that encouraged me to try it. Later, I discussed this internship opportunity with my family. Unexpectedly my family strongly supported me to participate this program , and they kept asking me if I have joined the program. Therefore, with the support of my family, I started my half year trip to Italy.

After a long prepared, I finally start the journey at Italy in September. In Italy, everything is a new environment, and there are many things that really surprise me. First, of course, is the price. There are some things that are so cheap, such as the red
wine. It was so cheap that I really want to drink it every day. On the other hand the price in the restaurant is ridiculous. One spaghetti for only sauce and noodle cost 15 euro. It was so unbelievable.

In terms of work, I was quite scared when I knew that I was going to intern in an aerospace company. I became so nervous, because I'm scare of being unable to complete the job that the boss has ordered, fear of being unable to help at all in the
company, fear of not being able to learn anything... etc. However, after a period of internship there, I found that these problems are really not a big deal. Because the boss will instruct me the work within my range and my coworker is so kind to me too. In this internship, I thoroughly realized the so-called "Opportunity is created by myself". Because the first week after entering the company, the boss and the counselor were very busy, so I didn't have much time to notice me. However, I feel that this internship opportunity cannot be wasted, so t hen the second week came, I asked my tutor, "Can I follow you in the factory to do things?" Fortunately, I got a "YES! Of course!" Looking back, I am very glad to have asked this question. Now I can clearly understand some of the structure and functions in the company and being a good friend with my tutor is the opportunity created by my own sentence.

This internship in Italy not only made a lot of new friends, but also created a different story for my life. I am very happy to have this opportunity to work abroad before I enter in the workplace. Before I go into the workplace, I can first understand the workplace by an intern, and understand what I may happen or face in the future. I am honored to participate in this program and look forward to continuing it.
