I cherish what I have after I stay in Italy
At first, I had no idea that I can be so lucky to enter this internship in Italy. I would like to thanks my friend, Branny, she provided this internship information to me. We are friends with great ambitious that both of us would like to jump out our comfort zone and face difficulty, so that we tried our best to apply and interview. Fortunately, we both got the consent successfully. Thus, started our internship life in Italy!
When we arrived, there were a lot of things we should get used to, such like: jet lag, food, traffic and so on. As time pass by, without parents and families’ concern, we took care each other with roommates that made us getting used to for the life in Italy, for example: the buses are always delay, the internship and Italian lessons routine, the group life.
During my internship life, I stay in a fashion shoes company. As a foreign language department student, everything was so fresh and worth to learn, such as selling and communicate with Asian clients or observing shoes design and packing to mailing. I am full of thankful that every company members are so friendly to teach my every detail, although I’m not any major of fashion design. They are just like my family that often required me needs any help for financial, traffic, or internet contact. I am really lucky that they tough me a lot and help me for basic needs of living.
In group life, we communicated and adopting with each other to take the balance at the beginning. We cooked, finished paper typing, chatting and traveled in Christmas vacation. The most remarkable thing for me is the countdown firework in front of London-eye. Beside the spectacular firework, I hope I can bring my parents to share this fantastic view with them in the future.
In this half year, I learn with my whole heart in every moment. I learn to became an employee in the company, I learn to be a great roommate in group life, I learn to enjoy be an Italian resident. For me, everything I earned from here is so precious. I am willing to share my story in Italy and encourage more and more brilliant friends to attend TIP program.
