有一句常被引用的英語格言〈The 3 C’s of Life〉提到:「人生中有3個C:選擇(choices)、機會(chances)和改變(changes)。

I remember it was in August 2013 when I first heard about TIP plan from my teacher, and I just rejected it right at the moment I have never thought that I can be here and share this journey with you.

At work, I am glad to be assigned Sviluppumbria. Although it not my first choice, I learned a lot. Like how to market research, how to design a questionnaire, how to communicate customers the advantages and characteristics. In interpersonal relationships, I am grateful to my Tutor-Sandra. Because she is so patient when I have a lot of questions. And she is very kind, invited me to her house for lunch. Also generous, sharing all things about Italy with me. Because of her, I enjoy the time in Sviluppumbria. In life, I found that Taiwan really have a lot of advantages. But in terms of the tourism industry is inadequacies, for planning and maintaining attractions are less than Italy. (Especially in the maintenance section) In addition, there are gaps in people's literacy. When they have free time, such as take train or bus, Italian will read, but Taiwanese will slide phone.“Ching Ping Yang”, my twin brother, he made me reconsider the TIP program. We had never been separated since we were born until we graduated from university. We liked to compare with each other, so we cared about winning or losing. Except height I think I had nothing that was worse than him. Until one day, he told me that he wanted to Vancouver to study. I was surprised, because we are not good at in English, and never aspire to study abroad. At first, I thought he was just saying. He started college application, practice English every day. Finally, he went to Canada in October 2013. I admired his courage, and aware that he farther away from me. In fact, I want to go to Italy to internship mostly for this reason. I had never thought about that, because I was afraid of the unfamiliar environment, afraid of change. But if he can do it, why I can’t? So I decided to leave the comfortable zone, facing the unknown challenges.

After the internship, in addition to broaden my horizon and progress of foreign language skills. Backpacking four countries enhances the ability of "mobile" and understand Taiwan's strengths and weaknesses. It's will be my big capital in the future. There is a English adage often quoted〈The 3 C’s of Life〉: “Life has three C: Choices, Chances, Changes, you must to choose to seize the opportunity, otherwise life will never change.” But I think the opportunity is not enough, more importantly, taking action to implement the change. Forced to leave the comfortable zone and went to Italy, it's I summoned the courage and decided to try. I think it is worth, because I've learned something I can't learn, and seen something I can't see in Taiwan. In our life, we always have to choices. In the end of my student career, I choice to join the TIP. Because of this choice, I experienced a lot of beautiful country, and met many kinds of people, and also more aware myself. Thanks for all the teachers of this plan, thanks for my family who supported me to complete this dreams, and also thanks myself to made this decision.
