“We cannot decide the fate of our life, but we can decide to be happy only if you make the goal and try hard to enjoy every moment.”

PhotoGrid_1391190381469This new year eve I was impressed to hang out with friends in Perugia city town and listen to live music of street bands. Without crowded and exciting counting down, everyone including kids and elders enjoyed live music and swung their bodies and steps. It may not be a crazy new year eve but a sweet new year eve that I have ever been.

I was very lucky when I had been in Europe. Far from home, I stayed with my partners to share life experiences with each other. We always got together after meals and talked about our ambitions in the future making our life full of joy. That was my partners encouraged me to connect every relationship and told me never give up. It may not be a perfect program when you talk about the job and internship life, but truly, I was very glad to have perfect partners to help me understand myself better, enrich my world from sharing our ideas and promise the endurable friendship no matter how long have been and how different future we are going toward.

For internship experiences, I have learned lessons such as:

(a)Self- improvement: Unlike Taiwanese working style, working in Italian company should be more aggressive and take any opportunity to learn. In fact, the internship is like working in the real business world, company is not a school which taught you how to do your job but a profit organization that you have to contribute yourself to help the company add value.

(b)Communication: misunderstanding doesn’t come from language but lack of interactive, that is, we have to try different ways to shorten the gap between different cultures.

(c)Skim the trivial: connecting to my MBA education thorough training, I have learned how importance to make a structural framework to explain my ideas and contributions. Not only did I provide tutor a report about evaluation of suppliers based on manager’s caring issues but I also apply the systematic framework to make the proposal of TIP website.

Besides, my internship life is full of color because of a good relationship with my colleagues, especially Michela. Rather than one specific person, there are many people can be called tutors as long as they have a direct or indirect influence on me. I was so appreciated that one of my tutors, Michela, always patiently answered my questions and did her best teach me how to do the job perfectly. I admire Michela so much that I decided to do the same job as she did.

We cannot decide the fate of our life, but we can decide to be happy only if you make the goal and try hard to enjoy every moment. Now I am full of confidence to create new life experienc
